All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. 13% Buyer’s premium for on-site bidders. 18% Buyer’s premium for online bidders. The buyer's premium will be reduced 3% for payments made with PA check or cash on auction day. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days. Lifts on-site to help load heavier items.

All items must be removed by 1PM on Monday, December 14, 2026, unless prior arrangements are made. Items left beyond this time will be considered abandoned.
