Payment must be made on auction day.
Staff will be available for payment collection until at least 11:00 AM on auction day.
There will be no staff available during pickup days to collect payment.
A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases.
Receive a 3% discount when paying with cash or an approved Pennsylvania check on auction day.
Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% will be applied to all taxable purchases.
ALL items must be removed from the storage crate after purchase.
A $50 refundable security deposit will be added to each invoice to ensure the unit is completely emptied. Once the unit has been fully cleaned out and inspected, the $50 deposit will be refunded in cash.

Join us for this exciting live-only on-site unclaimed storage auction featuring 5' x 7' x 5' storage crates sold to the highest bidder. They're packed with unknown contents, and what you see on auction day is what you get. Every crate offers the potential for valuable discoveries.
October 19th - 23rd: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
All items must be removed by 3:00 PM on Friday, October 23, 2026, unless prior arrangements have been approved. Any items left behind after this deadline may be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold.
Failure to pick up items within the designated pickup period may result in storage fees and/or forfeiture of the items without refund.
