ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND MADE BY PA AUCTION CENTER. AS THE BIDDER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT MERCHANDISE BEING BIDDED ON.

MINIMUM BID $25

ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. 13% BUYERS PREMIUM IS DISCOUNTED TO 10% WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE BY APPROVED CHECK OR CASH. IF PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK, PURCHASER WILL HAVE 3-DAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT TO PA AUCTION CENTER. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN 3-DAYS PA AUCTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

Your use of this form indicates that you are satisfied with the condition, age and authenticity of the lot(s) that you are bidding on. You or your representative has examined the lot(s) during preview, or you have waived the opportunity for examination. All lots are sold “AS IS”. No lots can be returned for a full or partial refund. PA Auction Company is not responsible for failure or other inadvertent errors relating to the execution of your bids.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. 13% Buyers Premium for on-site bidders which will be reduced to 10% if payments are made with PA check or cash on auction day. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days. Lifts on-site to help load heavier items.
