All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. 13% Buyer’s premium for on-site bidders. 18% Buyer’s premium for online bidders. The buyer’s premium will be reduced by 3% offered for payments made with PA check or cash within 3 business days of the auction. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days.
