ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. 10% BUYERS PREMIUM WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE BY APPROVED CHECK OR CASH. PREMIUM CAPPED AT $500/ITEM. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 3% FOR CARD PAYMENT THAT IS NOT CAPPED. IF PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK, PURCHASER WILL HAVE 3-DAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT TO PA AUCTION CENTER. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN 3-DAYS PA AUCTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

Your use of this form indicates that you are satisfied with the condition, age and authenticity of the lot(s) that you are bidding on. You or your representative has examined the lot(s) during preview, or you have waived the opportunity for examination. All lots are sold “AS IS”. No lots can be returned for a full or partial refund. PA Auction Company is not responsible for failure or other inadvertent errors relating to the execution of your bids.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. PA Auction Center charges a 10% Buyers Premium (capped at $500.00 per item) for on-site bidders. An additional 2% fees apply if bidding online. We accept payments by PA check, cash, or wire transfer by the Tuesday following the auction. Additional 3% fee for credit card payments. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days. Lifts on-site to help load heavier items.
