IF PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK, PURCHASER WILL HAVE 3-DAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT TO PA AUCTION CENTER. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN 3-DAYS PA AUCTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

Terms & Conditions. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. 13% Buyer’s premium discounted to 10% if payment is made with PA check or cash. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business day. Lifts on-site to help load heavier items.
