All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. PA Auction Center charges a 10% Buyers Premium (capped at $500.00 per item) for on-site bidders. An additional 2% fees apply if bidding online. We accept payments by PA check, cash, or wire transfer by the following business day. Additional 3% fee for credit card payments. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days. Lifts on-site to help load heavier items.
