ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. 13% BUYERS PREMIUM IS DISCOUNTED TO 10% WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE BY APPROVED CHECK OR CASH. IF PAYING BY CASH OR CHECK, PURCHASER WILL HAVE 3-DAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT TO PA AUCTION CENTER. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN 3-DAYS PA AUCTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.

You or your representative has examined the lot(s) during preview, or you have waived the opportunity for examination. All lots are sold “AS IS”. No lots can be returned for a full or partial refund. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. 13% Buyer’s premium for on-site bidders. 18% Buyer’s premium for online bidders. The buyer’s premium will be reduced by 3% offered for payments made with PA check or cash within 1 business day of the auction. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days.
