You or your representative has examined the lot(s) during preview, or you have waived the opportunity for examination. All lots are sold “AS IS”. No lots can be returned for a full or partial refund. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. No returns or chargebacks accepted. Cash or Certified Funds are the only acceptable payment for all gold coins or invoices over $2000.00. 13% Buyer’s premium for on-site bidders. 18% Buyer’s premium for online bidders. The buyer’s premium will be reduced 3% for payments made with PA check or cash on auction day. Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies to all taxable items sold unless you have a sales tax-exempt form on file. All items need to be picked up within 3 business days.
